Here we go.

So far, there just hasn't been much to talk about. We had a substitute one week and got out of class 2 hours early. Nice, but not interesting. This last week we started talking about compound nomenclature. I have to understand ionic charges and covalent bonding in order to name compounds correctly. This is the stuff that I've gotten lost in before. I'm going to try to stay on top of it this time. We'll be spending the next several weeks on just this and then testing on October 31st. I should probably read the chapter soon.
